When the light goes in Nsukka, the first question is always the same: is it just my house? VoltIq answers it. One tap reports no light or low voltage, and every report lands on one live map of the town.
The same map is EEDC's dispatch console: faults ranked by the homes they affect, the nearest crew one tap away. Everyone who reported hears when the light is back, and a forecast warns the next street before it goes.
